We are thrilled to welcome (back) OFC All Star Devon Smith (2021) as the London Beefeaters Director of International Recruitment.

Devon is a versatile American football professional with extensive international playing and coaching experience across five countries over the past five years. He has demonstrated a strong ability to adapt quickly to new cultures, systems, and competitive environments, making an impact both on and off the field.

Devon’s playing background spans all divisions of NCAA football before continuing his professional career internationally. He competed in the CJFL with the London Beefeaters, where he showcased his versatility at wide receiver, defensive back, and quarterback.

Internationally, Devon has competed in Germany’s top divisions, the German Football League (GFL1 and GFL2), as well as in Mexico’s premier professional league, the Liga de Fútbol Americano Profesional (LFA). His global playing experience is complemented by coaching roles at both the college and high school levels, where he has helped develop athletes and contribute to program growth.

Devon holds a college degree in Business and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Management. Highly motivated, coachable, and driven, he is committed to maximizing once-in-a-lifetime global opportunities while continuing to grow as both a leader and a competitor.
